Start with the Organisation Admin account. You’ll choose the organisation’s mix of assessment and coaching access on the subscription step that follows.

One subscription. Two seat types.
Your Organisation Admin account uses one of your Coaching seats. Start with at least 5 Coaching seats for people who need to sign in and use Bilee or other authenticated coaching tools.
Add Assessment seats for people who need the 36-question, 5-minute assessment and Personality profile without Bilee. You can change access later as people’s needs develop.
