What is included in the price?
Both billing options include Pulse and My Learning at no additional cost, alongside the assessment, private Bilee coaching and role-appropriate tools. Pulse and My Learning are enabled by organisation; My Learning supports Team Leads.
Who needs a Coach Seat?
For an organisation subscription, every person with ongoing signed-in access needs a Coach Seat. This includes Organisation Admins and Team Leads.
What commitment and cancellation terms apply?
You can cancel your first-subscription trial from Billing before the 14 days end without charge or notice. If you continue, your Order Form sets the initial subscription term. The Terms of service provide for automatic twelve-month renewals unless written notice is given at least six months before the end of the initial term or a renewal period. Charges are non-cancellable and non-refundable under those terms. Read the full Terms of service or ask us to confirm your arrangements before subscribing.
Does HR see individual coaching?
No. Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Is a partner integration required for Pulse?
No. Measurement and learning work within MyTeamBuilder. A partner connection is not required for the evidence model.
