Do not buy identical access for people with different needs. Build Personality profiles and Team dynamics across a wider group, then pay for private, always-on coaching from Bilee where it will be used.
Includes the 36-question, 5-minute assessment, a Personality profile, Bilee and the logged-in coaching tools available to that person's role.
Coaching starts at 5 paid seats. Every Organisation Admin occupies one, and every Team Lead requires one.
Each person receives the assessment and their Personality profile through a unique link. Their completed profile can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow.
People added before 1 September 2026 remain free for that Assessment User's lifetime. People added from that date cost £1 per person, per month.
Decide person by person
Both seat types start with the same assessment. An Assessment seat provides the profile and a permitted contribution to Team dynamics; a Coaching seat adds Bilee and authenticated coaching tools for someone who needs continuing support.
Worked examples
These examples show how a 105-person organisation can include the wider group without treating everybody as a coaching user. They use the current minimum, allocation and prices rather than promising a prescribed rollout or saving.
The 100 Assessment Users in this example are added before the cutoff and remain free for their lifetime as Assessment Users.

What the organisation can do
The subscription brings both paths into one organisation. Features still follow the person's seat and role.
Invite people individually or by CSV, track pending invitations and completed assessments, and use completed profiles in Team dynamics where team permissions allow.
Give selected people a Coaching seat for Bilee, Meeting Insights and private coaching tools where enabled. Individual coaching is 100% confidential.
Organisation Admins manage people, teams, access and paid allocation. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.

Plan an assessment rolloutYour paid allocation starts with at least 5 Coaching seats at £15 per person, per month. Assessment Users added before 1 September 2026 remain free for their lifetime as Assessment Users, up to the 100-seat allocation. New Assessment Users added from the cutoff cost £1 per person, per month.
An Organisation Admin can assign an available Coach Seat or change an eligible Coaching seat user back to assessment-only access. That access change does not by itself reduce the number of paid Coaching seats on the subscription. To reduce the bill, the Organisation Admin must also reduce the paid allocation in Billing, subject to the 5-seat minimum.
Every Organisation Admin occupies one paid Coach Seat. A Team Lead also requires a Coach Seat because the role uses authenticated team tools. Other people can use either seat type according to whether they need ongoing coaching access.
No. An Assessment User completes the assessment and receives a Personality profile through their unique link. Assessment-only access does not include Bilee, a logged-in dashboard, Meeting Insights, private documents or calendar-connected coaching tools.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
