Assessment insight and private coaching

Understand your wider organisation. Coach the people who need it most.

One 5-minute assessment gives each person a practical Personality profile and contributes to Team dynamics. Give selected people a Coaching seat for private, always-on support from Bilee—their AI Coach—then change access as needs develop.

Used in real leadership moments

Practical support, not another forgotten assessment

“MyTeamBuilder is an incredibly powerful tool in navigating managers (especially outside of HR) through challenging and difficult leadership situations. It has improved not only our overall team dynamics, but individually we are all finding the ongoing coaching and support to be so valuable.”

Tim Bauer, Chief People Officer, Aenova Group

From invitation to useful support

One clear path, with two levels of access

Start with the same 36-question assessment, then reserve private coaching for the people who need it.

Choose who needs which support

An Organisation Admin gives selected people Coaching seats and adds others with assessment-only access. The Admin always occupies a Coach Seat; anyone acting as a Team Lead needs one too.

Answer 36 questions

Each person follows their own link and completes the 5-minute assessment. People with assessment-only access do not need a MyTeamBuilder login.

Put the profile to work

Each completed assessment produces a practical Personality profile. Where permissions allow, completed profiles also contribute to Team dynamics.

Add private coaching where it helps

People with a Coaching seat can sign in and ask Bilee, their private AI Coach, for always-on help. Assessment seats do not include Bilee or logged-in coaching tools.

Change access as needs change

The Organisation Admin can assign or remove Coach Seat access later, so support can follow a new role, a difficult period or a development priority.

One subscription. Two seat types.

Pay for ongoing coaching where it will be used

The two access levels share an assessment foundation, but they do not receive the same Product experience.

Assessment seat

For a person who needs the assessment and profile, but not ongoing coaching. They use a unique link, receive their Personality profile and can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow.

It does not include Bilee, a login or authenticated coaching tools. In administration, this person is called an Assessment User.

Coaching seat

For a person who needs ongoing, private support. Alongside the assessment and profile, they can sign in and use Bilee—their always-on AI Coach—and other eligible logged-in tools.

Every Organisation Admin occupies a Coach Seat, and anyone acting as a Team Lead requires one.

Useful from the first completed assessment

Turn individual preferences into better team conversations

A Personality profile makes someone’s likely communication preferences and working style easier to discuss. It can help them prepare for feedback, understand why a colleague approaches decisions differently, or improve the focus of a 1:1.

When completed profiles are brought together in Team dynamics, the team gains a shared view of those differences—without opening anyone’s private coaching conversation.

Prepare thoughtful feedback

Consider how the other person prefers to receive information before a difficult conversation.

Improve a 1:1

Use working-style differences to ask better questions and avoid assumptions.

Compare decision styles

Name where people seek detail, move quickly or need time to reflect.

Plan team discussions

Give a Team Lead a grounded starting point for improving how the group works together.

Private support for selected people

Give someone a place to think before they act

Bilee is the private, always-on AI Coach included with a Coaching seat. It uses the person’s profile and permitted context to make its guidance more relevant.

Assessment seats do not include Bilee. An Organisation Admin can add Coach Seat access when a new role, a sensitive conversation or an ongoing development need makes private coaching useful.

Before difficult feedback

Work through what needs to be said, how it may land and how to keep the conversation constructive.

Ahead of a 1:1

Prepare questions that reflect the other person’s communication and decision-making preferences.

When responsibility changes

Give a new Team Lead continuing help with delegation, tension and the shift from doing the work to leading it.

Two organisation views, two different sources

Know what each view can—and cannot—tell you

Team dynamics comes from completed Personality profiles. Organisation Insights is a separate, anonymised view built from eligible aggregated coaching-derived signals.

Team dynamics starts with profiles

It brings together completed Personality profiles to help a team discuss communication preferences, decision-making styles and ways of working. People with either access type can contribute where permissions allow.

Organisation Insights shows anonymised trends

It uses eligible, aggregated coaching-derived signals to show organisation-level themes. It does not come from assessment answers and never shows individual coaching messages to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.

The same Product looks different when you are planning an organisation rollout or leading a team day to day.

For HR and L&D

Plan a wider assessment rollout, decide who needs ongoing coaching and adjust access without treating every person as the same development need.

For managers and Team Leads

Use profiles to understand different working styles and private coaching to prepare for the conversations only you can lead.

A clear boundary around private reflection

Coaching is for the person receiving it

Organisation-level learning never gives an Admin or Team Lead access to someone’s individual conversation.

Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.

Meeting Insights are private to the person viewing them. Assessment Users have no Bilee conversations, Meeting Insights or generated documents because assessment-only access does not include authenticated coaching tools.

A completed Personality profile can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow. That shared team view is separate from private coaching and from anonymised Organisation Insights.

Customer experience

“We used MyTeamBuilder to better understand ourselves as a team highlighting how we might improve both individually and as a collective to drive change in the organisation. The coaching is spot-on, as the coach knows each of us at a deep level and so has identified gaps to get some early wins.”
