Typical things you can ask for include:

A Teams admin installs the app first. Each person then links their MyTeamBuilder account.
If you do not have an account yet, create one first, then return to Teams and link it. If your organisation already uses MyTeamBuilder, you may need an invite from your Organisation Admin or HR team.
Teams requires identity and permission to message team members. When you link your account, Microsoft sign-in requests basic profile information and calendar read access to power Meeting Insights (if you choose to connect Outlook).
Your messages and Bilee’s replies are stored in MyTeamBuilder so conversations can continue over time and features like Meeting Insights can work. Organisation Admins and Team Leads never see individual questions or messages. They only see anonymised, aggregated insights.

Meeting Insights uses your calendar to surface upcoming meetings and provide practical prep and follow-up coaching. This includes details like meeting title, time, attendees, and description so the guidance is relevant to the real conversation.
Yes, if your Organisation Admin enables the Knowledge Library and uploads your documents. Bilee can then reference those materials in its responses. Learn more about the Knowledge Library.
Yes. You can disconnect Teams from your MyTeamBuilder account, and Organisation Admins can remove the app if needed.
