One shared starting point
A short assessment gives people common language for discussing communication, feedback and decision preferences.
For HR and L&D
Give more people useful working-style insight without buying ongoing coaching for everybody. Use the 5-minute assessment across a wider group, then give selected people private Bilee support through a Coaching seat.
A development decision, not a blanket entitlement
A useful rollout should help more people understand how they work while keeping paid coaching aligned with a live responsibility or development need—not automatically attached to every participant.
A short assessment gives people common language for discussing communication, feedback and decision preferences.
A newly promoted manager may need ongoing help with 1:1s, while another participant only needs their profile and the team conversation.
The person who manages the organisation in MyTeamBuilder—an Organisation Admin—can add coaching later as responsibilities or development needs change.
A practical access mix
An Assessment seat covers the assessment, profile and permitted Team dynamics contribution. A Coaching seat adds sign-in, Bilee—the person’s private AI Coach—and the authenticated tools available to their role.
Assessment-only access does not include Bilee or logged-in coaching tools. Compare the two access types before deciding your mix.
What participants experience
The Organisation Admin chooses access and sends each participant a unique invitation. An Assessment User is simply someone with assessment-only access.
One personal link, with no account to create. The person completes 36 questions in 5 minutes and receives a practical Personality profile.
Where permissions allow, the completed profile can contribute to Team dynamics. Assessment-only access does not include sign-in, Bilee or authenticated coaching tools.
What HR can build from completed profiles
Team dynamics brings together completed Personality profiles where team permissions allow. It can help a team discuss who prefers early detail, who wants room to explore, and how different decision-making styles may affect a workshop or project.
Use those insights as hypotheses to test with people, not as a diagnosis, performance score or judgement about suitability. Organisation Admins and Team Leads may see a person’s profile only where their existing role and team permissions allow.
A Team Lead requires a Coach Seat because the role uses authenticated team tools. That still does not grant access to another person’s private coaching.
Completed profiles available to the team view
Team dynamics is profile-derived. Organisation Insights only groups anonymised mood and topic patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals.
Team dynamics uses completed Personality profiles for a permitted team to support conversations about working styles.
Organisation Insights is separate. When there is enough coaching activity to protect anonymity, it groups mood and topic patterns into organisation-level trends without showing or attributing messages.
A boundary people can understand
Administration and confidentiality are different responsibilities in MyTeamBuilder.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Confidential means an Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot read or identify a person’s coaching messages. Organisation Insights only presents anonymised patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals. See the full data boundaries.
Where ongoing coaching earns its place
Bilee provides private, always-on support to the person with the Coaching seat. It can help them think through a situation before they act, without turning their conversation into an HR report.
A manager can prepare what needs saying, anticipate a different communication preference and choose a calmer opening.
Add a Coach Seat when someone takes on a team or needs continuing help to improve their 1:1s and decisions.
An HR specialist or leader can use Bilee to organise their thinking while keeping the coaching exchange private.
A practical rollout scenario
An HR team wants managers and their teams to have a shared language before an appraisal cycle. They plan the groups and permissions, check their Assessment allocation and give each invited person the access that fits their current work.
People complete the assessment and receive their profiles. Team Leads use permitted Team dynamics to prepare the team discussion. Managers handling repeated feedback and 1:1s receive Coaching seats; another participant can be assigned one later if their role changes.
See the rollout guideAgree what the profile and team discussion need to help people do.
Choose Assessment seats and Coaching seats, then check the saved allocation before inviting anyone.
Send unique assessment links and map people to the teams whose dynamics they should inform.
An Organisation Admin can assign a Coach Seat later; the assessment does not need to be repeated.
From an HR team using MyTeamBuilder
“TeamBuilder provided extremely helpful insights on how to handle the team dynamic during workshops. I was sceptical the answers might be too ‘generic,’ but they were super helpful and spot on.”
