Team dynamics
Bring completed Personality profiles together to see the team's mix of communication, information, decision-making and planning preferences.
Use the picture to prepare a better conversation—not to diagnose people or predict exactly how they will behave.
Where the picture comes from
Team dynamics does not watch live behaviour and does not read coaching conversations. It combines the completed profiles that are available to the team view.
Each person receives a unique link to the 36-question, 5-minute assessment.
Their answers produce an individual Personality profile in plain English.
Completed profiles can join Team dynamics where team membership and permissions allow.
What the view can show
The team wheel and personality map show where completed profiles sit across the team's mix. Team dynamics can then offer practical strengths, watch-outs and a small action to try where that snapshot is available.
Treat every prompt as a hypothesis. Ask the team whether it fits, look for real examples and change the approach when the people in front of you tell you something different.
Team personality map
Completed profiles, grouped for comparisonThe team may bring several different routes into a decision.
Some people may need more context or reflection time before agreeing.
Send the decision question early, then recap the outcome in writing.
Put the picture to work
The value comes from the conversation the team has next, not from labelling the group.
Ask whether the team needs direct examples, more context or time to reflect before responding.
Make room for both practical evidence and emerging possibilities, then state who decides and how the outcome will be recorded.
Use a visible profile difference as a question—never an assumption—about how the person prefers to discuss progress.
Discuss when structure helps, when flexibility matters and how the team will make changes without leaving people behind.
Who contributes
Both access types can contribute a completed profile where team membership and permissions allow. Bilee is not required for that contribution.
Their completed Personality profile can contribute to Team dynamics without giving them Bilee, a login or authenticated coaching tools.
Their completed profile can contribute in the same way. Their Coach Seat separately gives them private coaching access.
An invitation alone does not create a profile. Team dynamics cannot use a profile until the person completes the assessment.
The same completed-profile rule applies to both access types. The full comparison below shows which private coaching and logged-in tools remain exclusive to a Coach Seat.
Permissions and privacy
A Team Lead requires a Coach Seat to use authenticated team tools. They can use the Team dynamics available for their assigned team, but they cannot open another person's private Bilee messages, documents, calendar content or Meeting Insights.
Personality profiles should support discussion, not become a shortcut for judging capability, suitability or future behaviour.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Meeting Insights are private to the person viewing them. Assessment Users have no Bilee conversations, Meeting Insights or generated documents because assessment-only access does not include authenticated coaching tools.
A completed Personality profile can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow. That shared team view is separate from private coaching and from anonymised Organisation Insights.
Do not confuse these views
One starts with completed profiles for a permitted team. The other uses eligible, anonymised coaching-derived signals to show organisation-level trends.
It brings together completed Personality profiles to help a team discuss communication preferences, decision-making styles and ways of working. People with either access type can contribute where permissions allow.
It uses eligible, aggregated coaching-derived signals to show organisation-level themes. It does not come from assessment answers and never shows individual coaching messages to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Questions about the team view
Start with completed profiles, check the permissions, then use the output to ask better questions.
Yes, after they complete the assessment and where team membership and permissions allow. They do not need Bilee or a logged-in coaching account for their profile to contribute.
No. Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Team Leads can use their permitted team view, but cannot see another person's individual messages or private coaching tools.
No. Team dynamics starts with completed Personality profiles. Organisation Insights is a separate anonymised view based on eligible, aggregated coaching-derived signals; it does not turn individual messages into a team profile.
No. It offers hypotheses and discussion prompts based on completed profiles. The team should test those ideas against real experience and the person's own account of how they prefer to work.
Start with the 5-minute assessment, include both access types where permissions allow, and use Team dynamics to plan the next conversation.
