Connect your calendar and move through your meetings month by month. Outlook is the standard connection; Google Calendar is available where that connection is enabled and configured.
An available Meeting Insight uses event context and permitted attendee Personality profiles to help you prepare. Not every event has enough matching information for a brief.
Prepare the opening. Guide the discussion. Close clearly.
The brief can help you think about questions before the meeting, communication differences during it and the actions to make explicit afterwards. It supports your judgement; it cannot predict what another person will say.
An Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot open another person’s calendar events or Meeting Insights. Being invited to a meeting does not give an attendee access to the calendar owner’s preparation.
