Before anything appears
The user connects their calendar for their own view
Meeting Insights is part of the authenticated Coaching-seat experience. It is not included with an Assessment seat, because assessment-only access has no sign-in or calendar-connected tools.
Outlook is the standard connection. Google Calendar can also be offered where that connection is enabled and configured for the organisation.

Receive a Coaching seat
An Organisation Admin assigns the signed-in coaching access. A Team Lead requires a Coach Seat; an Organisation Admin always occupies one.

Connect your calendar
The calendar connection belongs to the signed-in user and supplies their own meeting list.

Review the month
Move backwards or forwards month by month and open the events where a Meeting Insight is available.
A month view that explains what happened
Three useful states, not a blank calendar
Every synced event is not guaranteed to produce an insight. The calendar tells the signed-in user what is ready and why another event has no preparation yet.

No matching attendees
There is no safe profile match to use
The invite may have no attendees, no one matched to the user’s MyTeamBuilder organisation, or no matched attendee with a completed Personality profile.

Prepare the opening, guide the room, close clearly
An available Meeting Insight can organise guidance around the whole meeting, using permitted attendee Personality profiles and event context to help the calendar owner avoid starting cold and leave with a clearer follow-up.
- Before: prepare an opening, questions or an agenda that fits the conversation.
- During: notice likely communication or decision-making friction without treating a profile as a prediction.

Your calendar and Meeting Insights stay with you
An Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot open another person’s calendar events or Meeting Insights. Their role does not create shared attendee, team or management visibility.
A meeting can include other people without giving those attendees access to the calendar owner’s private preparation.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Confidential means an Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot read or identify a person’s coaching messages. Organisation Insights only presents anonymised patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals. See the full data boundaries.
Prepare with it; do not treat it as a prediction
A Meeting Insight can be incomplete or wrong, and a Personality profile does not predict how someone will behave in the meeting. Check the guidance against what you know, stay responsive to the people in the room and use your own judgement.
