Anonymised organisation-level signals

See themes without seeing private coaching

Leaders need to know where to listen without turning confidential support into employee monitoring. Organisation Insights gives an Organisation Admin a weekly, anonymised view of eligible themes so they can decide what deserves a wider conversation without seeing the coaching behind it.

Illustrative summary. Low-activity states show that there is not enough information yet.

How the view is formed

Group the signal. Remove the individual.

Organisation Insights is designed to support a better organisation-level question, not to reconstruct what any one person said.

Use eligible coaching signals

Only activity that is eligible for organisation-level aggregation contributes. The 36 assessment answers are not treated as coaching-topic messages.

Apply the privacy boundary

Signals are grouped and anonymised. When there is not enough eligible activity to show a safe organisation-level view, the dashboard shows that no insight is available yet.

Refresh the weekly picture

The organisation view refreshes weekly. It is a periodic signal for reflection, not a live feed of workplace behaviour or coaching conversations.

What an Organisation Admin can see

A short list of signals, with a clear purpose

The aim is not to tell a leader what people think. It is to help the person responsible for the organisation decide what to ask, where to listen and whether a proportionate wider conversation could help.

  • Organisation Mood: an aggregated direction when enough eligible mood data is present.
  • Trending Organisation Topics: recurring organisation-level themes without names or messages.
  • Weekly insights and recommendations: prompts that can help an admin plan a proportionate next step.

What the role does not reveal

No transcript. No named trail. No manager shortcut.

An Organisation Admin manages access and sees the anonymised organisation view. That role does not turn private coaching into management data.

Individual coaching messages

An admin cannot open, search or read a person’s Bilee conversation.

Private calendars and Meeting Insights

A person’s synced events and meeting preparation remain visible only to that signed-in person.

Private generated documents

Profile Coaching conversations and Profile Documents belong to the viewer who created them.

Who contributed a signal

The organisation view is not a list of people behind a mood or topic theme.

Two different sources

Team dynamics is not Organisation Insights

They answer different questions and must not be read as the same dataset.

Team dynamics starts with profiles

It brings together completed Personality profiles to help a team discuss communication preferences, decision-making styles and ways of working. People with either access type can contribute where permissions allow.

Organisation Insights shows anonymised trends

When there is enough coaching activity to protect anonymity, it groups mood and topic patterns into organisation-level trends. It does not come from assessment answers and never shows or attributes individual messages.

Use the signal carefully

Let a weekly theme earn a question—not a conclusion

A change in mood or a recurring topic can justify a conversation, a listening session or a review of existing support. It cannot tell an Organisation Admin what every employee thinks or why a particular person acted.

Use the view alongside direct conversation, other evidence and the context people choose to share.

Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.

Confidential means an Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot read or identify a person’s coaching messages. Organisation Insights only groups anonymised mood and topic patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals.

Meeting Insights are private to the person viewing them. Assessment Users have no Bilee conversations, Meeting Insights or generated documents because assessment-only access does not include authenticated coaching tools.

A completed Personality profile can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow. That shared team view is separate from private coaching and from anonymised Organisation Insights.

A prompt to ask better questions, not a verdict

Organisation-level themes and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. Check them against direct evidence, listen to the people involved and use human judgement. Do not use an Organisation Insight as the sole basis for a high-impact people decision.
