Coaching seat
A signed-in experience with Bilee, private coaching and the authenticated tools their role and permissions allow.
Important leadership moments rarely wait for the next course or coaching appointment. Bilee is the private, always-on workplace coach included with a Coaching seat: use it to prepare a difficult conversation, work through a decision or improve a 1:1.
People who only complete the 36-question, 5-minute assessment receive a Personality profile and can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow. They do not receive Bilee or a signed-in coaching account.
Fictional example. A real answer depends on the context available to the signed-in user.
MyTeamBuilder gives an organisation two ways to include people. An Organisation Admin chooses who needs the signed-in coaching experience and can change that access later.
Every Organisation Admin occupies a Coach Seat. Anyone acting as a Team Lead also requires one, because those roles use the logged-in tools.

A unique no-login link to complete the assessment and revisit a practical Personality profile. It does not include Bilee or authenticated coaching tools.
Bilee is there for the untidy moments between formal training sessions — so you can enter the conversation with clearer words, better questions and one practical next move to test.
Shape a clear opening, useful questions and a fair next step before the conversation starts.
Move beyond status updates and think through what this person may need from the meeting.
Separate assumptions from evidence and prepare a calmer way to reopen a difficult exchange.
Rehearse how to say something important and explore more than one approach before acting.
Consider how different communication preferences could change the way a message lands.
Turn a complicated workplace situation into a small, practical action you can test.
Your own Personality profile can help Bilee make a suggestion more relevant to how you tend to work. Where your role and permissions allow, you can also open a person’s profile and ask Bilee privately about preparing to work with them.
See profile coachingUse your Personality profile as a practical hypothesis about preferences and working style — never as a diagnosis or prediction.
Profile-specific conversations use only information the signed-in viewer is already allowed to access. They never draw on the other person’s private coaching messages.
If an Organisation Admin enables the Knowledge Library, Bilee can reference relevant approved material such as a feedback guide or policy. It may not find a relevant source for every question.
“I found it super helpful to just ask for coaching before doing 1-1s as the system understands me, knows my direct reports and suggested excellent ways to approach each team member.”
Your Bilee conversation is for you. A manager, Team Lead or Organisation Admin cannot open it simply because of their role.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Confidential means an Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot read or identify a person’s coaching messages. Organisation Insights only presents anonymised patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals. See the full data boundaries.
Bilee can help you think, prepare and notice another perspective. Its suggestions can be incomplete or wrong, so check them against the current situation, your organisation’s policies and your own judgement. Do not use an AI response as the sole basis for a high-impact people decision.
Try Bilee with fictional Product data, or compare the two access types before deciding who should receive coaching.
