The assessment path
A unique link, the assessment, a Personality profile and a permitted contribution to Team dynamics. No login or Bilee.
How MyTeamBuilder works
A 36-question, 5-minute assessment gives each person a useful Personality profile. Completed profiles can inform Team dynamics, while selected people receive a Coaching seat and private, always-on help from Bilee—their AI Coach.
A unique link, the assessment, a Personality profile and a permitted contribution to Team dynamics. No login or Bilee.
The same assessment foundation, plus a login, Bilee and other eligible authenticated coaching tools included with a Coaching seat.
The complete journey
The Organisation Admin chooses the starting access mix. It is a practical decision, not a permanent label.
An Organisation Admin gives selected people Coaching seats and adds others with assessment-only access. The Admin always occupies a Coach Seat; anyone acting as a Team Lead needs one too.
Each person follows their own link and completes the 5-minute assessment. People with assessment-only access do not need a MyTeamBuilder login.
Each completed assessment produces a practical Personality profile. Where permissions allow, completed profiles also contribute to Team dynamics.
People with a Coaching seat can sign in and ask Bilee, their private AI Coach, for always-on help. Assessment seats do not include Bilee or logged-in coaching tools.
The Organisation Admin can assign or remove Coach Seat access later, so support can follow a new role, a difficult period or a development priority.
What every completed assessment produces
The assessment is valuable before any coaching access is added.
It describes likely communication preferences and working style in language that can help someone prepare feedback, improve a 1:1 or recognise a different approach to decisions.
Where permissions allow, the completed profile can join the team view. Assessment answers do not become Organisation Insights and private coaching messages are never added to Team dynamics.
From profiles to a team conversation
Team dynamics brings together completed Personality profiles. It gives a Team Lead and the people around them a shared starting point for discussing how they communicate, decide and work.
It does not read coaching conversations, and it is not a live view of behaviour. Its source is the set of completed profiles that the team is permitted to use.
Discuss who wants early detail, who explores possibilities and how the team will make decisions.
Separate a difference in preference from a judgement about intent.
Help a Team Lead adapt questions and feedback to the person in front of them.
Revisit the mix of working styles when new people join or responsibilities move.
When insight needs ongoing support
A person might need coaching when they take on a team, prepare for repeated difficult conversations or want continuing support with a development priority. Assessment Users cannot upgrade themselves.
Assessment Users cannot upgrade themselves. When someone needs ongoing coaching, an Organisation Admin assigns a Coach Seat. If no paid Coach Seat is available, the organisation adds one before changing that person’s access.
The person receives sign-in instructions and private, always-on support from Bilee, plus the authenticated tools available to their role. Every Organisation Admin occupies a Coach Seat, and anyone acting as a Team Lead also requires one.
Who controls access
People do not need to be assigned their long-term access on day one.
Chooses access, changes it later and always occupies one Coach Seat.
Requires a Coach Seat to hold the role and use eligible logged-in tools.
Uses the unique assessment/profile link and cannot add or upgrade their own access.
Keep the two organisation views separate
The names sound related, but the views answer different questions and use different sources.
It brings together completed Personality profiles to help a team discuss communication preferences, decision-making styles and ways of working. People with either access type can contribute where permissions allow.
It uses eligible, aggregated coaching-derived signals to show organisation-level themes. It does not come from assessment answers and never shows individual coaching messages to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Privacy does not depend on seniority
An Admin can manage access. They cannot open somebody else's conversation.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
Meeting Insights are private to the person viewing them. Assessment Users have no Bilee conversations, Meeting Insights or generated documents because assessment-only access does not include authenticated coaching tools.
A completed Personality profile can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow. That shared team view is separate from private coaching and from anonymised Organisation Insights.
“The team find the advice and guidance invaluable and we can see some real progress in team collaboration as we have our coach on hand to explain why some things don’t work, but more importantly how to put them right!”
