Useful development needs honest conversations. These are the boundaries between personal coaching, permitted profile views and protected organisation evidence.

Your coaching belongs to you
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
An Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot open your Bilee messages because of their role. Your connected calendar and Meeting Insights stay with you. Inviting someone to a meeting does not give them access to your preparation.

A profile has a different purpose from a private conversation
A Personality profile is designed to help people understand working preferences. Organisation Admins can view full profiles in their organisation. Team Leads can view full profiles in the teams they lead. People who share a team can see a limited teammate profile for their shared team. Team dynamics uses completed profiles within those permissions.
Being permitted to see a profile never grants access to its owner’s private coaching. Profile-specific preparation and generated documents remain private to the person who creates them.

A missing or protected result is not treated as a zero. Reporting is limited where there is not enough qualifying evidence.

- Individual answers are hidden from everyone in the customer organisation. Organisation Admins see protected aggregate results and trends when safeguards are met; Team Leads receive direction of travel only.

- Organisation Admins can see focus, assignment and completion. They cannot read private lesson choices, action text or reflections.

- Eligible coaching themes are anonymised and shown only when there is enough activity to protect individuals. No individual coaching messages are shown to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
How team feedback can shape your coaching
In private web and mobile coaching, qualifying team feedback can gently shape Bilee’s advice to Team Leads alongside their personality context. It adds practical guidance, such as making a next step clearer.
Bilee receives guidance text without Pulse scores, individual answers or details of who responded. Your question still leads the conversation. Private coaching does not feed back into Pulse scoring.
Approved sources do not unlock private messages
Organisation Admins control the approved material in their organisation’s Knowledge Library. Adding a document does not make it public, and managing those sources does not grant access to anyone’s private coaching.
Bilee may not find a relevant source, and material can become outdated. Check important advice against the current policy and seek appropriate professional help when needed.

Practical controls, with clear limits
MyTeamBuilder is Cyber Essentials certified. Coaching encryption uses AES-256. Two-factor authentication is available, and Stripe handles card payments.
Bilee can be incomplete or wrong. Use human judgement for important decisions. To report an unsafe or concerning output, contact us without pasting private coaching messages or personal employee information into the form.

Our Privacy policy names AWS/Bedrock, Stripe, Postmark and Qdrant. It describes Amazon Bedrock processing in Europe (London) and attributes its model-training and provider-sharing protections to AWS. This is not a statement that every supplier processes all data in London.
