The new Android app gives MyTeamBuilder users a dedicated mobile experience for personal coaching. Users can sign in securely, complete the 5-minute assessment, explore their Personality profile, and chat with Bilee from their phone.
The app also supports team views for users with access, including Team dynamics and member profile information where available. Settings, support, password reset, notification preferences, and profile-photo updates are built into the mobile flow.
Behind the scenes, the app is now structured for production release with dev, staging, and prod build flavours, signed release builds, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, push notification support, secure session storage, encrypted chat caching, and versioned APK/AAB outputs for Play Store readiness.
Individual coaching remains 100% confidential. Organisation Admins and Team Leads do not see individual coaching messages.
