Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Your conversation and any documents you generate about a person belong to you as the viewer — the profile subject, other Organisation Admins and Team Leads never see them.
This is a Coaching seat capability. People on an Assessment seat don't have logged-in access, so they can't use Ask Bilee or Profile Documents about anyone, and no one can generate these documents about an Assessment seat's private coaching, because they don't have any.
